Geography of Music: Gümüşlükfest hosts Trio Klavis in southern resort town

– The 12nd International Gümüşlük Classic Music Festival hosted Australian musician Trio Klavis this year. The concert of Trio Klavis , titled 'the Geography of Music', drew great interest from the audience at the Festival sponsored by DenizBank.

The Festival's art consultant pianist Gülsin Onay made a speech declaring that they condemn the deadly Suruç attack where 32 young political activists and aid workers were killed in a municipal culture center in southeastern Şanlıurfa province.

“Music notes will keep sending peace messages to the universe, just to spite the ignorance” said pianist Gülsün Onay.

Jenny Lippl contributed with her violin, Miha Ferk by saxophone and Sabina Hasanova by piano to the "Geography of Music" concert, took the stage in the Gümüşlük Ancient Quarry.
